(As) 100 (melhores) canções com guitarras



É mesmo. A Rolling Stone publicou mais uma das suas habituais listas, em que ordena de 1 a 100 um universo de grandes, boas e más "musicas com guitarras". As comparações com o famoso rol das 500 melhores canções de sempre (pela mesma publicação) são inevitáveis e a maior dúvida - tendo em conta os critérios da Rolling Stone - parece ser a ausência de "Satisfaction" dos Rolling Stones (dona de um dos riffs de guitarra mais universais do rock'n'roll). Note-se que esta música figura no 2º lugar do referido top de 500. Quem também compareceu à chamada foram os Sex Pistols, mas através de "Holidays in the sun", ao invés das habituais "Anarchy in the U.K." e - adivinharam - "God Save the Queen", ambas parte da lista das melhores de sempre.
Apesar do afecto da Rolling Stone pelos anos 60/70, neste top marcam presença nomes deste século como The White Stripes, The Strokes, John Mayer, Mars Volta, Queens of the Stone Age, My Morning Jacket ou Tool.
